Turkey buying refurbished C-130J transport aircraft from the UK

Turkey has reached an statement to acquisition twelve second-hand C-130J subject transport craft from the United Kingdom, a Turkish Defense Ministry spokesperson confirmed.

The Lockheed Martin-manufactured aircraft, intended to strengthen the Turkish Air Force Command’s operational capacity, person been transferred to a UK-based institution for attraction and modernization, the spokesperson said. 

Upon completion of the upgrades, the planes will beryllium gradually integrated into the Turkish Air Force fleet under the existing contract.
