Trial not theater

The state is obliged to guarantee the conditions indispensable for the due behaviour of a trial. However, the participants themselves cannot turn into “arsonists” of the process for the involvement of spectacle. A courtroom is not a stage. All those progressive – judges, arsenic well arsenic lawyers and their associations – stock the work of preventing excesses.
