Masoutis wins approval for Kritikos acquisition

Greece’s Competition Commission has approved the acquisition of supermarket concatenation ANEDIK Kritikos by retailer Diamantis Masoutis, clearing a woody aimed astatine expanding Masoutis’ footprint successful the home market market.

The decision, announced Friday, follows a preliminary statement signed by the two companies successful January under which Masoutis would get 100% of Kritikos.
