Marijuana bust in Thessaloniki

Two men person been arrested successful Thessaloniki for allegedly trafficking ample quantities of marijuana, authorities said Wednesday.

A constabulary statement said the suspects, aged 28 and 24, were taken into custody by organized transgression squad officers Tuesday. A hunt of their homes revealed much than 27 kilograms of marijuana, a small quantity of cocaine and two pairs of precision scales.

Police said the 28-year-old suspect had anterior arrests for alleged drugs offenses and had been banned from leaving the state under his bail terms.
