Illegal power hookups used 8,000 meters of cables

Nearly a twelve radical person been arrested for illegally hooking their homes up to the powerfulness grid and different alleged offences during raids connected Roma camps west of Athens, constabulary said Monday.

Power web employees who accompanied constabulary successful Friday’s raids disconnected and removed a total 8 kilometers of cables used for amerciable grid connections successful Megara and Nea Peramos, a constabulary statement said.

Eleven radical were arrested for alleged energy theft, arsenic well arsenic violations of gathering regulations and the road code.
