EPPO sends OPEKEPE lawsuit  files to Greek parliament

The Greek parliament has received lawsuit files from the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) related to the OPEKEPE scandal, which involves the alleged fraudulent organisation of cultivation subsidies, on with a petition to assistance the parliamentary immunity of 11 lawmakers to let imaginable transgression investigations.

The files besides urge the enactment of a parliamentary committee to analyse the behaviour of erstwhile Rural Development Minister Spilios Livanos and erstwhile Deputy Minister Fotini Arabatzi.
