Costamare announces distribution of cash dividends

Costamare Inc., owned by Kostis Konstantakopoulos, announced the organisation of currency dividends for its preferred and communal shares.

Specifically, the Board of Directors approved a dividend of 0.48 dollars per stock for the cumulative Series B preferred shares, with an involvement complaint of 7.625%, 0.53 dollars for the Series C preferred shares, with an involvement complaint of 8.50%, and 0.55 dollars for the Series D preferred shares, with an involvement complaint of 8.75%, covering the play from October 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026.

The outgo will beryllium made connected January 15, 2026.

In parallel, a quarterly dividend of 0.12 dollars per communal stock was announced, payable connected February 5, 2026.
